Trunk Call

December 9, 2013 by Coastlines

An elephant drinks out of a river one day and spots a turtle asleep on a log. The elephant ambles over and kicks it clear across the river.

A passing giraffe asks: “What did you do that for?”

The elephant says: “Because it’s the same turtle that took a nip out of my trunk 53 years ago.”

Giraffe: “Wow, what a memory.”

“Yes,” says the elephant. “They made a movie about it: “Turtle Recall.”
