1 x 250g tub Philladelphia Spreadable light cream cheese
sweet chilli sauce
1 avocado, peeled and chopped
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 small red onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh, finely chopped coriander
corn chips or dipping biscuits to serve
Turn the cream cheese onto a serving plate to form a mound, and discard container. Pour enough sweet chilli sauce over the cheese to cover. Just before serving , place chopped avocado, tomatoes and red onion in a bowl. Add chopped coriander and stir gently to combine. Distribute this mixture over the top of the cream cheese and sweet chilli sauce. Serve with corn chips, or biscuits suitable for dipping.
